Directions:

From the A38 just after Ashburton follow the signs for Totnes.

As you come in to Totnes, at the first set of traffic lights turn right, sign-posted for Kingsbridge and Dartmouth (A381).

Follow this road through Harbertonford and Halwell and past the BP garage at Totnes cross continuing towards Kingsbridge.

Approximately ½ mile past filling station turn left sign-posted Slapton, (also brown sign for Valleys Spring Fishery).

After about 2.3 miles at Wallaton Cross turn right again signposted Valley Springs Fisheries.

After approximately 1 mile turn left at green wheelie bin down narrow lane.

Lower Norton farmhouse is first house on right.
